Here is a video of my first website design and the changes I made with the StomperNet Scrutinizer software. In this software you use your mouse to simulate where your eyes are looking on a website. The free Scrutinizer software then shows you how your eye is receiving data. Here is a screen cast of the changes that I made to the site because of this software.

Do you have a website or blog? How well do you know website design? Here is a video series that you needs to see, it discusses the main principals behind how your eyes work. If you understand how your eye captures and processes information, then you better understand how to layout your web-space so it can increase your conversion rate. If can be as simple as color and text changes that will make a huge difference. Below are 4 videos that you need to watch and even a free program to download. I will be following up with a video of the changes I made from watching these videos. Let me know what you think of the videos.
